We are starting a series of, more or less, regular issues of letters in which I will try to develop some personal thoughts and some analysis of topics we believe could be of interest to our investors and to all investors who are looking into the private debt markets. 

We will try to cover themes that we believe affect the way we invest and new opportunities that might be developing. 

Some themes will be analysed in a more technical manner, while others will be covered in a broader and less detailed fashion. Hopefully, this will help us reach a wider audience without alienating investors that wish topics to be covered in greater detail.
